Viscount Rotational Mouldings (VRM) has been providing product solutions for the Australasian market for over 25 years, as well as specialising in the rotational moulding process; making noise barrier walls, noise proof walls and noise insulation walls.
Australian Made Resins
Manufactured in Australia under ISO 9001, our noise barrier walls are made from Australian made resins. Noise insulation walls are a revolution in environmental architecture.
Superior Sound Absorption
VRM’s noise proof walls offer superior sound absorption and reflect performance with the use of a hollow core. contact us today on 1300 366 685 to speak to find out more.
An Environmental Solution
Our noise barrier walls give the environmental solution to a growing sensitivity; sound. Panels are:
- Corrosion resistant
- Rotationally moulded
- Made of recyclable polymer panels
The polymer panels are supported by means of galvanised steel universal beams and a simple mounting system, ensuring they are structurally sound.
Made from moulded panels, VRM offer customers the ability to customise:
- Surface finish
Whatever your requirements VRM can make noise proof walls to suit your specific needs. Our products are suitable for both internal and external applications.
UV Stability and Anti-Graffiti Properties
Our panels are made of polyethylene, which in itself is chemically resistant to most chemical compounds. This natural ability to repel foreign substances greatly assists the anti-graffiti properties of the panels.
The UV stabiliser contained within the base resin that the panels are moulded from ensuring your panels handle the toughest Australian conditions.
Noise wall panels are resistant to a range of highly corrosive acids and alkaline solutions. To further ensure your noise wall panels against unwanted paint and pollutions, they can also have additional graffiti protection with the use of the APP system.
Our panels are made from polyethylene and have been tested for fire resistance to the European standard ZTV Lsw 88+ and passed with a class two rating. Please note that the surface profiles, material type and thickness can have an impact on this result.
